Bio: Katie has been playing out around Cincinnati for the past 20+ years at places such as Cozy's Cafe, Valley Vineyards, Dilly Deli and others. She loves playing for crowds and watching people light up when they hear a song they love and especially when people sing along. Her song range is vast: From Patsy Cline and Elvis to Ed Sheerhan and Taylor Swift. And literally everything in between!

We don't just want 5 exercises to sculpt our asses. We wanna sculpt our mind into being more open, souls into feeling this moment, our hearts into seeing the beauty in who WE ARE, our fears into courage to live out LOUD!
The Turn Up Squad isn't JUST a workout program. It's a rapid growing women's movement where we PUSH LIMITS and BARRIERS that we have set for ourselves, we come together as women and empower one another to be multifaceted, to make ourselves a priority, to stop playing small and to live the lives we desire.
We simply use fitness to move us forward. These workouts are intense, fun, and life-changing, incorporating HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength training, and dance! You will be challenged, but you will embrace it, and as you step outside of your comfort zone with the turn up squad... you will step into your girl power like never before!

Bio: Top This Band is a top 40 dance and hip hop band. Consisting of 6 players originating from the Cincinnati area. Top This Band was formally called Native Black, this was a national recording act that released 2 full cd projects that gained regiional and national attention!
Our goals are twofold:
1. Always improve our show to give our current and potential audience the best possible experience we can deliver.
2. Inspire people to strive and always do their best!
